Penderyn, located in the foothills of the Brecon Beacons, has an excellent, multi award-winning Welsh distillery.
The award-winning Audemus Company is located in Cognac, France. Audemus produces hand-crafted spirits, to an exceptional standard and quality, using the traditional methods, proven by previous generations of distilling personnel, along with modern technology. The company was founded by Miko, during 2013, who had already achieved several years of distilling cognac.
Juniper berries form the base flavour for gins and productions of these alcoholic beverages dates back centuries.
There are numerous liqueurs which can be located and, depending on liking and tastes, are every good, too
This flavoured white spirit utilises barley, corn or rye in its distillation and dates from the Middle Ages
